Refund Policy

At Onvay Labs we work hard to give you a smooth and dependable experience from order to delivery. This policy explains the situations in which we can accept a return and how any refunds are handled.

Returns

Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind, personal preference, or because an item is no longer needed. We will only accept a return in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

Quality Concerns Reporting Window

To protect product integrity and to assess any quality issue accurately, please report your concern (including cloudiness, contamination, or any visible defect) within 48 hours of receiving your order. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for investigation or replacement, as factors such as storage conditions, handling, and the sensitive nature of peptide based products can affect the product over time.

Every claim must be backed by clear evidence: photos and videos of the product, the packaging, the reconstitution, and the batch or label information where applicable. Onvay Labs reviews each case individually to ensure a fair outcome.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Claims submitted more than 2 days after the date of receipt may not be eligible for a return or refund, so please act quickly if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Email hello@onvaylabs.com with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect item you received. Our team will review your request and, if your return is approved, send you further instructions.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will get an email confirming the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Bundle Returns

Bundles are treated as a single product. To be eligible for a full refund, the entire bundle must be returned, and refunds are issued for the total amount paid for the bundle at the time of purchase.

  • Partial bundle returns are not accepted.
  • Pricing cannot be adjusted for individual items within a bundle.
