Can I return an order?

Because of the nature of our products, we only accept returns where an item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. The full criteria are in our Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email hello@onvaylabs.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos, and we'll put it right.

Refunds

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.

Can I return part of a bundle?

Bundles are treated as a single product, so the whole bundle needs to come back to qualify for a refund. Partial bundle returns are not accepted.
